About your appointment

​Making and prior to your appointment:

  1. To make an appointment please Contact me.

  2. You will be asked by me at the time of booking if you have symptoms of Covid-19 as this may affect how or when any treatments take place.

  3. A deposit of £10 is required from new clients at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of the client cancelling the appointment, but would be deducted from any re-arranged appointment. 

  4. A text or email will be sent to you confirming your appointment.

  5. I have a QR Code. Please download the NHS Track & Trace App.

On the day of your appointment:

  1. ​Please inform me if you/anyone in your household has or has come into contact with anyone who has symptoms of Covid-19 so that your appointment can be re-arranged if necessary.

  2. The therapy room will be totally sanitised prior to your visit.

  3. Attend your appointment alone unless you require a parent/guardian/carer.

  4. There is parking in my driveway and easy/disabled access to my premises.

  5. I will be wearing full PPE including an apron during treatments.

  6. Your temperature will be taken before you enter the premises.

  7. Hand-sanitiser and individually wrapped face masks are provided unless the client chooses to use their own.

  8. In the interest of hygiene please do not touch anything unnecessarily, cleanliness and safety is of the utmost to me. Every possible precaution is taken to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 or other viruses.

  9. Please remove your outer coat and footwear before entering the therapy room.

  10. The door to my premises will be locked during therapy sessions so any valuables will be safe.

  11. My telephone will be on silent. Please put your phone/mobile devices on silent or switch off for the duration of the therapy session.

  12. Ventilation is essential therefore windows will be open for the duration of the appointment.

  13. (My apologies) I am unable to offer a beverage of any description. If you think you will require a drink, please bring your own.

  14. Unfortunately, bathroom facilities are not available for public use. This is in accordance with Government Guidelines (I am sorry for any inconvenience caused).

After your appointment

  1. ​Payment can be made by bank transfer or paypal, in advance or on the day, or by Cash, Chip & Pin or Contactless.

  2. You will be accompanied to the door by myself at the end of your appointment.

  3. Facilities are provided for you to dispose of the face mask safely and you are free to use the hand sanitiser provided.

  4. Continued safety is vital. After your appointment the therapy room will be sanitised. All materials used will be washed or disposed of, floors and surfaces will be disinfected. This is my home as well as my workspace.
