Hello, my name is Shirley Richards, and I am the owner of Mother Earth Lifestyles based in Leicestershire, East Midlands. 

Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit. As an experienced and accredited Holistic Therapist/Reiki Master Teacher, I use a range of therapies including Reiki, Tarot Cards and other Divination, Psychic Services, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balansing/Cleansing, and Massage to name but a few. These therapies are used individually or combined to promote optimal health, to improve well-being and assist with self-care, help to release trauma and heal emotional wounds, provide balance and relaxation, provide coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety and depression, and even to provide focus and meditation to help in achieving your personal goals.
